The Sealed Insulating Glass is the combination of two or more pieces of glass after second glue. The intermediate layer of the Sealed Insulating Glass is full of drying air or other kind of gas. During the course of processing, the Aluminium Support which is full of direr is firstly inserted, then the first layer of butyl rubber is flushed into the interstice, frame is put between the two pieces of glass and the Thiokol rubber、polyurethane rubber and silicone rubber according to the construction requirements.
The Sealed Insulating Glass can reduce the heat transfer then the expense of air-conditioner and energy consumption is saved accordingly. It’s sound proofing feature can improve the room amenity.
Coated glass can greatly improve the thermal resistivity of Sealed Insulating Glass.

Performance:
1. Optical performance: it depends on raw glass sheet and thickness. The range of it is: Transmittance of solar spectrum 20-50%, Trans-mittance of visible light 10-80%, Reflection of heat radiation 25-80%.
2. Heat insulation: it is affected by the factors of raw glass sheet, thickness, air space thickness. The heat exchange ratio can reach 1.6W/M2K that is only 1/2 compared to normal glass in case of low-E glass used as raw glass. For the heat insulation, it would become higher along with more thickness of air space within certain range.
3. Sound insulation: general can reach 29-32Db.
